Movers: How much for a tip?

Once you see your move in action, you will know that even if the movers make good money, they earn every single penny the hard way. You definitely should provide lunch, water and get coffees and bagels or something for the morning.
For moving a whole house including lots of furniture and tools (we’ve done this 3 times now) we generally tip about $200. We’ve also had nothing broken or missing, and I sort of think that’s related.
